Reactive Maintenance

Whilst Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) is key to managing a site and reducing downtime of equipment, unfortunately unforeseen incidents can occur that need a reactive approach.  At the heart of our core offering is the ability to be reactive.  As a company we are set up so that we can be reactive and solve problems immediately whilst other companies are navigating multiple levels of bureaucracy and red tape. We understand that an emergency needs to be dealt with swiftly.  We are always on the end of a phone should our clients ever need help at short notice.

Emergency Call Out

We have engineers, carpenters, plumbers, roofers, welders and general labourers ready to assist with any emergencies or last-minute requirements.  We deliberately aim to have spare capacity so that in cases where emergency reactive maintenance is required we are able to get to site within 2-4 hours and begin dealing with the issues.

Event Day Standby

Some of our clients choose to pay to have us on site throughout the event build up and during the event day so that we are positioned to deal with any reactive maintenance immediately.  In the past we’ve dealt with burst pipes and the decoration needed to make good through to last minute logistics such as moving office furniture or even fixing seats within the seating bowl.  We are able to send a multi-skilled crew capable of dealing with all aspects of reactive maintenance.
